And while we all probably think we can do a good job of cleaning our car ourselves, nothing compares to leaving it to the professionals. Getting your car detailed is way more involved than a simple wash and vacuum. While we are all worried about the dirt and the weird stuff we find under our seats, Gandrud's detail team is worried about protecting your vehicle from the environment. When we detail your car, truck, SUV or van we pay attention to every detail; making your vehicle perfectly clean and protected. We have many different detail packages to suit whatever you need and most can be purchased a la carte. We want your vehicle looking good as much as you do. If you have your car in for service you can easily add the Super Wash to your repair order and we will have it cleaned before you pick up your vehicle from service. Paint Restoration:
We use high speed polishing buffers and premium buffing compounds. High speed buffing brings out professional paint restoration results that can’t be matched by hand polishing or orbital machines alone. The high temperatures used with high speed buffing reacts with the paints clear coat surface, smoothing out imperfections, thus making scratches less visible or invisible all together.
Wax/Paint Sealant:
Once the paints surface has been high speed polished and minor imperfections removed it is time to seal in those results with a wax / paint sealant that will also protect your vehicle from the the environment and will make washing you vehicle much easier and keep your paint finish nice and shiny.
Interior Detail:
In a way, we all live in our car. While we try our hardest to keep our car interior clean, dirt always finds a way to get into our vehicle. This is especially true if you own a truck. Rather than spending an entire day cleaning your car or truck, you can drop it off at Gandrud and leave it to our professionals to get your interior clean and just like new. If you have your interior cleaned on a regular basis it can lengthen the life span on your interior upholstery and carpets. First, we use compressed air to clean all the dirt out of the cracks and crevasses. Next, we use a high power vacuum to clean the interior and trunk. Then we steam clean the carpets and upholstery with our high powered extractor. The final step is dressing the vinyl or leather to restore a nice clean shine.
Wheels and Tires:
We will power wash your wheels and tires with chemicals that will help remove that ugly brown brake dust and other dirt from the wheels and tires. Then we will add tire dressing to your tires giving them that nice black shiny finish.
