Scheduling:
At Gandrud we have many services to make servicing your vehicle as convenient for you as possible; all of our facilities have a great number of vehicle lifts and technicians to make sure that your vehicle gets worked on as soon as possible. In most cases we can schedule you in for an appointment at any time that you wish.
Transportation:
If you need a ride to anywhere in town we can give you a ride on our shuttle, we will even pick you up when you give us a call. We can even make it easier for you by picking up your vehicle at your location and drop it off for you when the work is done.
Waiting Area:
Our waiting areas all have televisions, wifi internet access and a children's play area to make your stay at Gandrud as comfortable as possible.
Clear and Personal Communication:
Our service advisers will work with you personally to make sure you are well informed about the status of your vehicle and can help you choose what services are most important and necessary.
Vehicle Rentals:
If your vehicle is in for extended service we can help arrange a rental vehicle so that you are not inconvenienced while your vehicle is being worked on.
Vehicle Information Portal:
We can keep you up to date with our interactive VIP service portal where you view images of your vehicle and the items that need attention and communicate with your service adviser.
Open on the Weekend:
We are also open on Saturday's because we know how busy things can be during the week and it can be hard to get your vehicle in for service without interrupting your routine.
